Sponsor a Child
Sponsor a child now + become a
Communities Assist Parent
Your monthly donations go towards providing a single child’s food, medical needs, schooling, clothing and further education to nurture each individual child’s natural talents whether it be in sport, music, dance, art, yoga etc.
It also contributes to the costs of housing maintenance, staff, crops, repairs and other community projects at Rainbow Ridge that will ensure that each child has a healthy and sustainable upbringing.
Given the limited number of Kili kids, each child will inevitably and thankfully have more than one Communities Assist Parent. This holistic approach to Communities Assist Parenting ensures that all the children’s needs are being met within a well-supported community.
You will have regular interaction with your sponsor child with quarterly emails and photos and sporadic videos from the Kili Kids where you can see your sponsor child growing, learning and thriving with your help.
As we grow the program with community based collaboration in sustainable development, we hope that our increased sponsor program can assist children in local foster families.
Please note that since Communities Assist is run by volunteers alone (including accounting, fundraising, admin, marketing, social media), all your funds go directly to the children and environmentally and physically sustainable projects designed to empower them and their community!

Leaving a legacy of HOPE
A bequest in your will can make a real difference in the fight against the AIDS epidemic to support the sustainable development program we have for our family of kids at Rainbow Ridge and the local communities.
Education is the key to a better future. By leaving a gift to Communities Assist in your Will, you are ensuring that future generations of African children have the support they need to believe in themselves and make the most of their education. In addition, our permaculture programs will teach our local communities to apply the methods and principles to ensure proven sustainability practices.
Leaving a bequest is one of the most personal ways you can support our work, and for some it’s an opportunity to make a gift that you may not otherwise be able to make during your lifetime.
A bequest is an instruction within in a will that reserves part of your estate (such as possessions, shares or bonds, or money) for a particular beneficiary. Large or small, every gift is appreciated and helps us make a real difference to children and their communities in need.
To make a bequest, you must first make a will. A will ensures that after death, a person’s wishes are protected and efficiently implemented. You can review and update your will at any time. If you are unsure of how to go about making a will contact your solicitor, the public trustee in your state or us.

Our school’s program is aptly titled “Aid Goes Both Ways” as experience tells us that our students gain more than they give. Whether it is working with us here at home or on a field trip at Rainbow Ridge, students gain a deeper understanding and empathy for children and communities living in poverty. They also learn to appreciate what they have at home. They have the rare opportunity to see how they can effect real change.
We provide students with a tangible opportunity to learn about foreign cultures, art, music, language, wildlife and geography. We can tailor our program to the requirements of any particular educational course or experienced required.
